Return and Exchange

We understand selecting the right style and size online can be difficult. 

Therefore we are happy to offer an exchange or store credit on full priced items that you are unhappy with for any reason within 14 days of the delivery date provided by Australia Post.

Simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We will notify you via e-mail of your exchange or credit once we've received and processed the returned item(s). 

If you didn't make an account online please email us at sales@experinecedhookers.com and provide us with your order number (on order email and invoice).

Items purchased on sale are not eligible for refunds; unless faulty.

Terms of return and exchange

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and items are to be sent to PO Box 1739, Karratha WA 6714.
  • The tax invoice must be provided in the return package
  • The original tags must be attached
  • Items must be returned in original packing and in unworn condition

All garments are subject to inspection. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and cannot be refunded unless the garment is faulty. 



Refunds are only issued on faulty items. Faulty items may be returned up to 30days from date of purchase.

Experienced Hookers are committed to customer satisfaction. If you have a faulty item that you would like refunded, exchanged or replaced, please follow the simple steps below. 

Simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. Or email us at sales@experiencedhookers.com with your order number (on order email and invoice) stating you would like a refund.

  • We will email you a prepaid address label that you will attach to your package and drop off at any AusPost Box or store, you just have to provide appropriate packing for the return item(s).
  • Please make sure you enclose your original invoice, along with a clear description of the fault.

All garments are subject to inspection. We will notify you via e-mail once we've received and processed the returned item(s). If the item(s) are found to be faulty, the full purchase price will be refunded to the customer.



We ship INTERNATIONALLY; virtually any address in the world.

Shipping within Australia is a flat cost of $10.00 and all items are posted via Express Post.

If purchasing from overseas our site will provide a shipping cost based on AusPost Track and Pack international shipping service. Please note that the shipping costs for international delivery are based on weight and the zone they are being sent to.


Terms and Conditions

All items returned for refund or exchange must be returned in the original condition with tags attached (unless faulty). Any packaged goods must be returned with the packaging in its original condition or it may not be accepted (unless faulty). Please ensure all returned items are free from marks, stains and rips as they may not be accepted for return if received damaged (unless faulty).

For Items being posted back, please ensure you pack them inside a satchel and do not attach anything to the outside of the original packaging. Should the packaging be marked or in unsatisfactory condition there may be a chance that we will not exchange or refund the goods.

Promo codes cannot be applied to exchanges, if the promo code has expired.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
